This horizontal steam sterilizer utilizes gravity displacement technology to effectively expel cold air from the chamber. This process significantly reduces the cold air content within the steam, ensuring the reliability of the sterilization process.

During sterilization, the unit's control system automatically regulates the flow of incoming and outgoing steam based on the chamber's temperature to optimize the sterilization effect.

This equipment is widely used in hospital supply and operating rooms, pharmaceutical factories, and research laboratories. It is specifically designed for the efficient sterilization of medical and laboratory textiles, surgical instruments, and other medical devices.

  • Combining a traditional manual structure with a user-friendly design, this machine features intelligent, fully automated control for simple operation.
  • Equipped with a drying function, it is suitable for drying medical dressings and instruments.
  • For safety, the door remains locked until the chamber pressure drops below 0.027 MPa. The sterilization cycle cannot be initiated if the door is not securely closed.
  • The unit includes a water shortage protection function that automatically cuts power and triggers an alarm if the water level is too low.
  • The sterilization chamber is made from high-quality stainless steel, ensuring durability and strong corrosion resistance.
  • Built-in multiple safety features include automatic over-temperature and over-pressure protection.
