Quotations and Product information

​Quotes and other offers of sale automatically expire 30 calendar days from the date issued unless otherwise stated, and unless Lorderan withdraws the quote or offer earlier, which it may do any time prior to Buyer's acceptance of the quote or offer. Quotes and offers relating to custom equipment or software may rely on certain information and circumstances, including information Buyer provides. If information or circumstances on which a quote or offer relies change, we may adjust its quote or offer. Published prices are not offers to sell and may be changed without notice. we may change equipment or software specifications without notice unless it agreed to the specification(s) in writing. Prices do not include any taxes, shipping, packaging, handling, insurance, duties, inspection fees, permit fees, installation, or other costs or services unless otherwise specified in the order documents.

Payment and Shipping

Our payment term:

The mostly payment method is T/T payment in advance. T/T means telegraphic transfer, or simply wire transfer. It's the simplest and easiest payment method to use.

For us, T/T advance payment is required for some high-value samples and small quantity order.  
To the customers who have long-standing business relationships with us,  document against payment is used. 

It takes 3-4 days for us to received the wire transfer made from anywhere in the world.

Our shipment term:

The mostly shipment terms are FOB, CIF, EXW,DDP and CIP. Shipping terms are stated on the order documents. If no shipping terms are stated, shipping is Ex Works.

In our case, mostly, we'll quote CIF or C&F prices, which means that our freight forwarder will make reservations with shipping or airline companies for freight to be exported from our factory to your destination air/sea ports, and our state-owned export agent arranges for the clearance of cargo.

And, in case customers decide to make all the shipping arrangements by self, we'll quote EXW or FOB price.Customers need to find either a freight forwarder or customs broker to transport the shipments from our factory to your destination air/sea ports. 

Returns & Refunds

All returns must with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must appear on the face of the package.  Returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge.

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
