Warranty Policies

 

Lorderan products come with a limited warranty . Subject to the exceptions and upon the conditions stated below, Lorderan warrants that the products sold under this sales agreement shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year after shipment of the products to the original Buyer. The warranty period will vary depending on the product purchased, beginning on the date of shipment from Lorderan warehousing location. To determine which warranty applies to your product, refer to the appendix below.
 
Lorderan's limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. Lorderan's liability under this limited warranty shall be, at our option, to repair or replace any defective parts of the equipment, provided that these parts, if proven to the satisfaction of Lorderan, were defective at the time of being sold and that all defective parts shall be returned, properly identified with a Return Goods Authorization.


This limited warranty covers parts only, and not transportation / insurance charges.
 
This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Freight or installation (inside delivery handling) damage. If your product was damaged in transit, you must file a claim directly with the freight carrier.

  • Products with missing or defaced serial numbers.

  • Products for which Lorderan has not received payment.

  • External causes such as accident, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, improper operating environmental conditions.

  • Servicing not authorized by Lorderan.

  • Usage that is not in accordance with product instructions.

  • Failure to follow the product instructions.

  • Failure to perform preventive maintenance.

  • Using accessories, parts, or components not supplied by Lorderan.

  • Damage by fire, floods, or acts of God.

  • Customer modifications to the product

  • Consumables such as filters, cuvette, electrode and fluorescent / UV bulbs

 

All returns must with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must appear on the face of the package.  Returned goods will be subject to a restocking charge.  If appropriate, the restocking charge shall be not less than twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of this sales agreement.

 

Any product claimed to be defective must, if required by Lorderan, be returned to the factory, transportation charges prepaid, and will be returned to Buyer with transportation charges collect unless the product is found to be defective, in which case Lorderan will pay all transportation charges;

 

Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and issued to you via your original method of payment.

The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

 

For Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash Deposit payments, the refund will take 8 days to post to your card-issuing bank based on the bank information you have provided. If you have not provided the bank information yet, please refer to below information. Please contact your bank to check when the refund will return to your bank account. We will notify you by email when the refund has successfully posted to your bank.

Please note that refunds can only be remitted to a local bank account where the Bank Account Holder name is the same as the Paying Contact filled in when placing the order.
