How to return and get a refund/replacement?

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@lorderan.com
  2. Provide Information: Please provide your order number, the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue for the return.
  3. Shipping Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
  4. Return Shipping: Return the product (if required). When our warehouse receives the return, our customer service team will operate the refund/replacement. And you will receive the refund within 2-7 business days. The exact time depends on your card issuer.

 

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund.

 

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused: The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • Complete Packaging: The item must be returned in complete and secure packaging.

 

Non-Quality Related Returns

For returns due to reasons other than a defect or error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • User’s error: Any damage caused by user’s misoperation will not be covered/ Bought wrong 
  • Arrived too late: LORDERAN will not offer free returns if the delivery is delayed due to reasons out of our control.
  • Don’t want/need/like it: Receive the item but change your mind/ Order by mistake/ Price changes/Does not meet my expectations/ Find better products

Non-Quality Related Returns Note: 

01. For above return situations, the buyer will bear the cost of return & restock (3% of the order amount).

02. All refunds will be processed minus the original credit card processing fee, which is typically 2.4% to 3.4% of the transaction amount and is non-recoverable by us. 

 

 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If it does, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

 

Shipping Costs for Returned Items

  • Non-Quality Issues: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Quality Issues: Lorderan will cover the fully return shipping costs for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

 

Refused or Incorrectly Addressed Shipments

If a shipment is refused by the recipient or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for any return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.
