At the heart of every Lorderan open air shaker is a single-shaft balanced drive. By counterbalancing the moving platform around one precisely machined axis, the system cancels vibration at its source rather than damping it after the fact — delivering ultra-low noise and a remarkably smooth orbit, even fully loaded.
Key structural components are cast in high-grade cast iron and ductile iron and finished in a single molding pass, giving the mechanism the rigidity and dimensional stability that long-duration culture work demands. Paired with a maintenance-free inverter motor, the result is a shaker designed for years of continuous, energy-efficient operation.

Choose Your Model
Two platforms. Two orbits.
“D” models use a 50 mm orbit up to 300 rpm; “TD” models use a 100 mm orbit up to 250 rpm, giving a wider swirl for larger flasks and more vigorous mixing at lower speeds.
311D
30–300 rpm. The compact workhorse for routine cell culture and microbial work with small-to-medium flasks.
311TD
30–250 rpm. Same footprint with a wider orbit — well suited to larger flasks and higher-volume cultures.
322D
30–300 rpm. The high-throughput platform — up to 96 × 250 ml flasks for parallel screening.
322TD
