You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Learn more from our refund policy https://www.lorderan.com/policies/refund-policy
Delivered duty paid (DDP Term) shipping is a type of delivery where Lorderan paying for all charges including freight, duties, taxes, customs clearance charges up to the customer's door, warehouse or fulfillment center.
Used for sterilizing various foods that are sealed and require high-temperature (115°C to 134°C) sterilization to achieve an extended shelf life, including but not limited to:
Canned Foods
Metal-canned meats, fish, seafood, vegetables, legumes, fruits, and prepared meals (e.g., soups, porridges).
Bottled/Cartoned Liquid Foods
Juices, tea drinks, sports drinks, bottled water, coffee beverages, and cartoned/cupped dairy products.
Flexible Pouched Foods
Ready-to-eat meals, sauces, convenience foods, and pet food in flexible laminate pouches.
Semi-Solid Foods
Bottled or canned sauces, jams, ketchup, and high-viscosity nutritional supplements.
Primary goal
Prevent the rupture or deformation of sealed liquid containers due to differential pressure during the sterilization and, most critically, the cooling phases.
Counter-Pressure Principle
Inject and precisely control compressed air into the sterilization chamber. During the sterilization and especially the cooling phases, the external air pressure is dynamically maintained to be slightly higher than or equal to the internal vapor pressure of the liquid containers, thereby counteracting the internal pressure and preserving the container's integrity.
Steam-Air Mixture Sterilization
Guarantees temperature uniformity within the chamber, improving sterilization reliability while simultaneously maintaining the counter-pressure.
Functions and Applications
Focuses on heat-sensitive and sealed loads
Sterilizing large-volume, heat-sensitive liquid culture media while preventing boil-over or degradation from excessive heating time.
Used for the commercial sterilization of canned foods, flexible pouch beverages, or other hermetically sealed food products to extend shelf life.
Applicable to any fragile container or item that requires high-temperature, high-pressure sterilization but is sensitive to pressure changes during the process.
Counter-Pressure Autoclave vs. Pasteurizer
Reverse Pressure Autoclave → Sterilization: The goal is commercial sterility. This means the process must completely destroy all microorganisms, including highly heat-resistant bacterial spores. Only products meeting the sterility standard can be stored safely at room temperature for long periods.
Pasteurizer → Pasteurization/Disinfection: The goal is to reduce the number of microorganisms to a safe level, primarily by killing major pathogens (e.g., Mycobacterium tuberculosis in milk). It does not kill all bacterial spores. Since some microorganisms remain, the product requires refrigeration to suppress their growth.
Reverse Pressure Autoclave: Uses high temperatures above 105℃ in the form of saturated steam, which is only possible under high pressure.
Pasteurizer: Uses "mild" heating temperatures, typically below 100℃.
Shelf Life and Storage Conditions:
Products treated by Reverse Pressure Autoclaving (like canned goods or shelf-stable pouches) are commercially sterile and can be stored and transported at ambient temperature for a long duration (typically 6 months to 5 years).
Products treated by Pasteurization (like fresh milk) still contain residual, non-pathogenic microorganisms and spores. They must be stored under refrigeration (typically 4℃ or 40℉) to slow down microbial reproduction, resulting in a much shorter shelf life.
