Heating/Cooling Rate (Non-linear): 5°C/min

A rapid temperature change chamber that drives products from −70 °C to 150 °C at an average 5, 10 or 15 °C per minute, with humidity from 20 to 98 %RH. It is built for environmental stress screening, where fast thermal swings expose weak solder joints, cracked packages and marginal components before products ship.

Choose how fast the temperature moves

The ramp rate sets how hard each cycle stresses the product. At 15 °C per minute the chamber crosses the full 220 °C span in about a quarter of an hour, so more cycles fit into every test day and failures surface sooner.

Rates are non-linear averages measured with no load. A heavy or high-mass sample slows the ramp.

Air cooled or water cooled

The choice follows the ramp rate you need and the services in your building. Air cooling uses built-in fans and finned-tube condensers; water cooling moves heat from the refrigerant into an external water loop and suits larger chambers and faster rates.

Beyond the limits of ordinary testing

Temperature, humidity and time are set together on one controller, and the chamber holds humidity without producing condensation inside. A powerful compression cooling system, an integrated chamber and a controller built to run for weeks without a break.

Stress screening, the way it is meant to run

Fast temperature change finds the weak parts of a product long before a customer does.

One chamber, many names

A rapid temperature change (humidity) chamber is named after the screening method it runs. The same chamber covers all of them.

Accelerate product reliability

Weak parts fail early. Extreme temperature swings bring those early failures forward into the lab, so the products that ship sit in the long, flat part of the curve. The chamber meets the stress-screening requirements for electronic equipment in these documents.

Water recirculation: a closed loop

Condensate from the chamber is collected, filtered and pumped back to the humidification reservoir. That allows unattended, continuous high-humidity testing and drastically reduces DI / RO water consumption.
