Class II A2 BSC
The Class II Biosafety Cabinet is mainly used for handling pathogenic biological samples or for applications that require a sterile work zone. A biological safety cabinet is designed to have: an inflow for protecting the operator, an ULPA filtered downflow which creates an ISO Class 3 work surface that prevents cross contamination for protecting the sample, and an ULPA filtered exhaust for protecting the environment.

Airflow

Structure
Mainbody: High quality cold rolled steel plate material, welding structure, surface electrostatic spraying, enhancing the stability of the cabinet.
Work Zone: 304 stainless steel.
ULPA Filter
Ensure that the cleanliness level meets class i in the American standard FED STD 209E (class 3 of ISO14644-1) and monitor the life of the filters in real time using pressure sensors to ensure superior accuracy and efficiency.
Motorized Front window
Motorized for convenient, one-hand operation. Makes it easy to clean the upper glass after pulling down the glass front window and removing the hand rest.
Real time display
Displays the service life of the filter as well as the running time of the fan and UV lamp in real time. When the service life of the filter and UV lamp is less than 10%, the system will send out an alarm to remind the user, which is both convenient and safe.
Time reserve
This saves 30 minutes of waiting time after starting the cabinet and sterilizing time after the experiment.
Memory
With memory function in case of power-failure.
Alarm system
Audible and visual alarm: Abnormal airflow rate, filter change, unsafe front window glass height.
Interlock function
Intelligent interlocking design prevents the risk of misuse. UV lamp and front window. UV lamp and LED lamp. Blower and front window.
Remote Control
Each function can be remotely controlled from up to 6 meters away from the cabinet to protect the operator in an emergency.
Comprehensive Controller
Easily view detailed status of the cabinet such as inflow and outflow velocity, workspace temperature and humidity, filter pressure, UV operating time and filter operating time, filter life indicator and more.
ULPA Filter
10x filtration efficiency compared to the HEPA filter. Creates ISO Class an 3 work zone instead of ISO Class 5.
Ergonomic Design
Designed with a 10° inclination angle, the operation perspective is wide and more humanized.Adopts platform type hand rest, which is comfortable to use and can relieve fatigue; adopts anti-leakage structure to prevent splashing waste liquid from entering the rack seam.
Foot switch
The height of the front window was adjusted with the foot swtich during the experiment to avoid airflow turbulence caused by arm movements.
Waterproof Socket
Equip with two IP44 rating waterproof socket to facilitate the use of small devices inside the cabinet.
