Structural Features

  • The inner chamber material is made of SUS#304 stainless steel with 1.2mm thickness. Full welding structure, its sealing is very well and it’s not easy to get cracked.
  • The external material is made of cold-rolled plate with 1.5mm thickness, it has gone through brushing, polishing, painting treatment, it's not easy to get scratched.
  • The insulation material is made of polyurethane foam with thickness  of 100mm.
  • The door seal adopts double silicon rubber sealing material.
  • The observation window is 4 layers of tempered glass, the size you can choose by yourself.
  • In addition, in order to prevent frosting on the observation window when running low temperature, we setup a heating wires inside to get it di-frosting.
  • Left sides of chamber are equipped with a diameter 50mm cable port, the silicon plug is high & low temperature resistance.

Refrigeration System

  • Compressors equipped with world famous brand such as Tecumseh (France made), Bitzer or GEA BOCK (Germany made).
  • Shock absorption and noise reduction process,slow down the vibration, protect the compressor.The pipe bending technology: The bending process can minimize the connector point and make refrigerant flow more efficiently.
  • It applies Denmark DANFOSS and Japanese SAGLNOMIYA solenoid valves to improve the overall reliability of the equipment.
  • MP10 module has motor over-heating protection (with LED indicator), exhaust temperature over-heating protection (requires optional temperature monitoring probe and LED indicator), power indicator, alarm function.

Chamber structure and materials

  1. Heat preservation layer: Polyurethane foaming + high temperature rock wool, the (left, right side) thickness150mm, the (top, bottom side) thickness100mm.
  2. Inner cabin: the inner cabin adopts thickness 1.0mm SUS# 304 heat and cold resistant stainless-steel plate, external chamber adopts 1.0 mm plastic coating or color steel plate. It is fully sealed and welded, no water seepage when high temperature and high humidity, Integrated stamping and forming of humidified water plate.
  3. Doors: electrolytic plate with plastic coating, left single door; size: W 800mm×H 840mm.
  4. Base, bottom plate: base frame is welded with steel plate, and bottom plate is reinforced with 3mm steel plate.
  5. Glass window: 1 piece of 3 layers of hollow tempered glass is installed on door, visible range: W 300mm x H 450mm; With electric heating (automatic regulation) anti-frosting, anti-condensation device.
  6. Lighting: Lamp voltage is AC12V to prevent the risk of tester electric shock once lamp fault; Automatic delay turned off time after opened.
  7. Test hole: 1 piece of φ50mm test hole (located on the left side of chamber, φ100mm test hole and quantity is optional).  FREE charge if need more and bigger test hole.
  8. Pressure balance port: mechanical passive, maintenance-free.
